Payment	Online payments are securely processed by www.paypal.com upon "checkout". We are PayPal "verified". It is NOT necessary to have a PayPal account. Just choose the credit card option on the left side of the page where the credit card icons are.
Shipping	We will ship Internationally. If you are overseas, inquire by emailing us for rates and if a particular item can be shipped and pass customs. USA: We use the US Postal Service and can ship to PO Boxes. For larger orders, usually over 4 pounds, we use other carriers such as UPS Ground or Fed-Ex Ground (physical address only). We also can ship using your carrier business account upon request. When placing an order, upon checkout, you will have the option of choosing Economy Mail (first class or parcel post) or Priority Mail (priority mail or flat rate priority) We can ship "Express" or "Overnight" for an additional charge. Call set to obtain charge and payment instructions. You will need to place your paid order no later than noon PST. The following shipping rates apply to the United States including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, and military. Organza Bag rates: $3.95 for any quantity via Economy (Parcel Post or First Class Mail). Other product rates: $3.95 and up depending on total weight. Canada: We recommend you contact us to confirm rates and options. We usually process our orders to ship within one to two days. Processing can take longer during the busy holiday season. If you have a definite deadline, communicate with us and we will do our best to accommodate you. If you are purchasing multiple items and your shipping charge appears too high, email us to see if an adjustment is possible.
Returns	We accept returns on a case by case basis. Email us within 5 days from receipt of your order with your situation and we will do our best to accommodate. We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee at our discretion. No returns accepted without prior written authorization. We know are products are superior, carefully packaged, and well labeled. Taking returns for no particular reason would not allow us to keep our rates so low to our customers. We accept cancellations prior to the order being shipped out.
