Culinary Lavender Flower Buds have a pleasant scent and taste. As an herbal tea it can help calm the nerves and relax the senses. Taken before bedtime the herbal tea can also aid with sleep. Traditionally, Culinary Lavender Flower Buds can be used for antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties.
Culinary Lavender Flower Buds will give a cake, cookies, or ice cream a distinct tasty flavor. It is also an ingredient in Herbes de Provence, a spice. Use this lavender in meat and vegetable dishes.

Cedar Wood Rose Flowers aren't really "flowers". They just look like a beautiful rose. It is a growth from a cedar tree similar to a pine cone that has naturally taken on the shape of a rose. Each flower is approximately 1 1/2 to 2 inches in diameter.
Use for potpourri, topiaries, or any creative craft project (Drill small hole in center of rose and place thin wood dowel in hole with a touch of glue. Place several together to form a unique life-time bouquet.). It can be left in it's natural wood-like color or stained or painted. Cedar Wood Rose Flowers are unscented.

Rose Hips are kept whole and naturally dried. They are the seed pods from roses on a bush. The rose hips are approximately 1/2" in diameter. These Rose Hips are NOT seedless. If you wish to remove seeds, slice in half then remove seeds.
If using for tea, crush slightly first and seap for at least 5 minutes.
