Spices and seasonings are an individual taste. They are also very unique to certain countries or cultures. Hot, mild, sweet, neutral, savory...everyone likes something different. Some like the smell, some like the flavor. We tend more towards Mediterranean spices, our specialty. Besides culinary uses, some can also be used as sachets, potpourri, or even to freshen the air with their scent.
