Therapeutic Herbal Heat and Cold Spa Wraps can be placed on any part of your body that is sore or causing pain and discomfort. It's like having a spa at home. You can place it over your clothing or if not too hot, directly over the skin. It will create some moisture and the heat will penetrate to create relief. The herbal scent will help relax and calm you. Leave on until herbal spa wrap is no longer warm. Therapeutic Herbal Heat and Cold Spa Wraps can also be used strictly as a warmer in or out of bed during those cold days or nights.
Therapeutic Herbal Heat and Cold Spa Wraps are microwaveable safe for heat treatments. It takes usually 1-2 minutes or longer depending on size of heat wrap and microwave wattage. At first try 1 minute and then test and if more heat is needed add at 30 second increments. Heat and Cold Spa Wraps can also be stored in the freezer to use as cold packs if desired.
Heat and Cold Spa Wraps have an inside pouch made of 100% cotton muslin. Filled with a mix of natural herbs and lavender, rice, and flax seeds, the pouch is double stitched and usually segmented (depending on size) for strength. Cover is 100% cotton and easily removable. Cover is hand-washable. Always keep cover on to protect the inner pouch. During and after use, the heat wraps retain some moisture. Dy out completely before storing away. Can be stored in sealable plastic bag in cabinet or even in refrigerator.
